Shelf Life
Our cookies are made without any preservatives or shelf life extenders and will keep fresh for 7 days after delivery. We recommend keeping the box in the fridge to ensure maximum longevity. Before consumption, remove from packaging, and allow them to rest at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before eating to enjoy them at their best.
Delivery
We have worked very hard on our postal packaging to ensure they arrive safely, securely & in one piece. We ship our cookies & cream sandwiches, throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and we do rely on our courier to handle our products with care. Because of the fragile and delicate nature of our cookies, some breakage of the biscuit may occur during transport. We apologise if this unfortunately happens to you, but we can assure you the taste and quality of the cookie will not be affected.
As we use a third party shipping provider, we cannot be responsible for mis-handling of our goods, and therefore we cannot take responsibility for mishandling by our courier. We cannot offer a 100% guarantee that every macaron arrives completely intact.
